PBC have been appointed by The Portman Settled Estate to act as Contract Administrator & Principle Designer for the conversion of two dilapidated mews properties into a high end luxury family home. Works are currently on-site with the internal strip out complete and the structural steelwork currently being installed before the roof, floors and ground floor slab are demolished throughout. Works will be on-site for 30 weeks with completion in Spring 2016.
