PBC were instructed to monitor the redevelopment of One Highgate, which is now completed.

One Highgate is a landmark residential development which now comprises of 15 contemporary 2 and 3 bedroom lateral apartments including a luxury 3–bedroom penthouse apartment spanning the entire fourth floor.
