Palladian in Manor Royal, Crawley, is a two-storey, 31,000sqft self-contained office building that has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment and transformation. Formerly known as The Manor, the building now provides potential occupiers with highly specified and efficient spaces which benefit from high-quality and contemporary finishes that can be sub-divided as required. PBC Scope
PBC was appointed to provide Contract Administration and Cost Management Services for the full internal and external Category A refurbishment. Internally this included a new VRF air conditioning and BMS system, new suspended ceilings and LED lighting, a raised access floor with new carpeting in the office areas, a remodelled, contemporary reception area and a refurbished platform lift and shower/WC facilities. The building also benefits from secure access control and CCTV, and is also fully DDA compliant.
Externally the existing facades were revitalised, by spray painting the existing cladding and fenestration, to completely restyle the property. A cycle store and new outdoor amenity area with picnic seating were built, and the three car parks were resurfaced and provided with new electric car charging points.
Now completed and back on the market, Palladian is already attracting a great deal of interest from potential new tenants looking for high-quality, contemporary office accommodation for their businesses.
