Preparation of priced terminal schedule of dilapidations on behalf of the Landlord for 7,500sq.ft industrial unit and negotiated settlement with outgoing tenant. Subsequently specified, tendered and then managed Landlord’s refurbishment works to re-let the unit with a construction value of approx. £250,000.
