PBC was appointed as project manager and employers agent for the 405 Kennington Rd development and has since successfully completed the CAT A and B Scheme.

We are proud to announce that PBC were awarded a gold SKA Assessment rating for the project.

The Ska Rating is a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) environmental assessment method, benchmark and standard for non-domestic fit outs. This helps assess projects against a set of good practice criteria, known as Good Practice Measures (GPM).

A further award was presented under the Consideration Contractor Scheme. Both phases were delivered in accordance with the clients brief.
