Following an instruction from St. Ermin’s Property Co. PBC has been working on 44 Gloucester Avenue as the project manager and employers agent.

The project comprises of a mixed use development of 39 high end residential Units, 1 high end detached private house with outdoor amenity space and communal landscaping, and approximately 700m2 of commercial b1 use.
